As each piece is handmade to order please allow 4 weeks for it to be delivered to you. If you require an order sooner than 4 weeks please be in touch directly. Because each piece is handmade, there may be small variations from product photographs online. Each piece is carefully checked before being sent out. Sale items are ready to be posted within a week unless adjustments need to be made.

refunds

As items are handmade to order we cannot accept refunds. Sale items are not available for refund.

In the unlikely event of a damaged or faulty item being received, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. In most cases exchange or repair will be offered, which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements, and it is recommended to send using Royal Mail Special Delivery so a tracking number is provided, and next day delivery is ensured.

When ordering rings it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their size is correct. Please don't rely on homemade methods; visit a jewellery shop to get measured! If you have any doubts about sizing please contact us before ordering. If the wrong size is ordered, in most cases it can be changed for a small fee to cover work and shipping.

It is recommended parcels are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is insured up to £500 and will cost £7 per order. This service will deliver before 1pm the next day and will require a signature.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where there will be someone in to receive it. If nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot.

Parcels may also be sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, which costs £4.50 per order and will require a signature. Importantly, jewellery is not covered for compensation with this option.

For bespoke pieces it is likely that postage will cost a little more so that the compensation cost will cover the cost of the jewellery. In each case the most suitable option will be recommended to you.

europe and rest of the world delivery

Europe orders are posted using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for. They will require a signature on delivery. This is insured up to £250 and will cost £12.50 per order.

US orders are posted using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for. They will require a signature on delivery. This is insured up to £250 and will cost £15 per order. 

Please be in touch if you require postage to an alternative country.

We cannot be held responsible for jewellery that goes missing due to accidents/errors caused by third party delivery companies (whether Royal Mail or other). We will always provide you with a tracking number for your order and we keep all proof of delivery which we are happy to supply to you if required.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
