“Eden's emphasis is on finding joy in making, exploring and creating, rather than on meeting some kind of perceived standard for what makes "good" art.

Her open-minded attitude has enabled me to put my own self-judgements aside and really focus on engaging with and fully enjoying the process.”

Working 1:1 means time for you, and just you. We can explore creating art on your terms, and finding the fun and joy within the process.

A lot of us feel like we want to express ourselves through creativity, but feel restricted by ‘not being good enough’ or ‘getting things wrong’.

I’m here to help you see that you can’t get art wrong, and creating can be a very powerful tool to help you look after yourself mindfully.

Got questions? I’ve answered some here.

““Through my virtual sessions with Eden I have been reminded of my life-long love of all things artsy, which had got lost somewhere in the trials and tribulations of adulthood.”

Questions you may have about my 1:1 sessions

  • Anyone who would like to feel supported in exploring their creativity.

    You may…

    • Want a helping hand to delve into making your own art.

    • have loved making art as a child, and want to find a way to reconnect with that part of yourself.

    • have had an experience at school which has led you to feel that what you create isn’t good enough.

  • If you’d like to learn or boost your technical artistic skills, I’m not your gal!

My art sessions are not about learning to make ‘better’ art. There are lots of fabulous teachers you can find to help you up your skillset.

What I’m here for is empowering you to play, to trust yourself and to be kinder to yourself.

  • Sessions take place on Zoom and are an hour long.

During the sessions we can explore whichever art materials or techniques you’d like to. We can play with paints, collage, pastels, embroidery… whatever you fancy.

We will both create at the same time, using the same art materials and in our own way. Sometimes we may chat, sometimes we can be quiet… whatever happens is great!

  • £60 per hour’s online session, or £220 for a block of 4 sessions.

  • I tend to work online for 1:1 sessions, however if you’re in South Oxfordshire get in touch we can discuss!

  • No, my art sessions are not art therapy, and they should not be regarded as a substitute for professional medical care. My sessions should always be seen as complementary.
