Join me for a really relaxed, informal and mindful session of creating something happy to send in the post!
There is nothing you can do wrong, and no 'wrong way' to approach this session at all.
We will be concentrating on chilling out, really slowing down, and creating art in a way that makes sense to us.
My art sessions really focus on the mindful process of creating, rather than feeling too worried about what the final outcome is.

Paper to create your letter
An envelope, or a piece of paper and glue/tape to create an envelope
Whatever you'd like to decorate your letter: pens, pencils, collage materials, paints - anything goes!
A cup of tea!

This session recording includes a mindfulness meditation. Whilst mindfulness meditation is generally a very safe practice, there are some contraindications. Please make sure you have checked the contraindications before joining the session.
Breathing Difficulties If you have a serious breathing difficulty (including asthma), please ensure you have a fully charged inhaler with you if appropriate.
Epilepsy Epilepsy can be triggered by relaxation. If you have epilepsy and it is inactive or controlled by medication, please take care and take any precautions you need to. Otherwise, please have your doctor's written permission to take part.
